Ayurveda is the traditional system of medicine and lifestyle management from India. Having a basic understanding of Ayurveda and the uniques constitution that each person has will deepen our Hatha Yoga practice. Come learn how to cultivate a practice that creates health, equanimity, and endures through the years.

The basics of understanding our own unique constitution (Tri Dosha)
The five great elements (Pancha Mahabhutas)
The twenty attributes of matter (Gunas)
General guidelines for Yoga practice for each constitution
Understanding common health issues as related to constitution
Yoga Postures to help alleviate common ailments
